The Ministry of Changing Lives is a faith-based rehabilitation center that provides recovery for people with addiction on a spiritual journey with Christ. The program includes a 13-week separate men's and women's accommodation that provides a structured environment with prayer times, Christian counseling, a small group study of the scriptures, and morning and evening devotions. The success rate of the program is 60% for men and women. The ministry supports the initiative to give addicts the opportunity to start from scratch without a judgment.

"It's a community ministry, everyone is voluntary, it takes a lot of people with great boards to walk through thick and thin," said Pastor Mickey White. “We accept everyone, rich or poor, whether christain or nonchristain, and provide them with love and support from christ,” Pastor Mickey White continues.

Pastor Mickey White started the program 16 years ago when he was a pastor when his vision to help people with addiction began.

The Ministry of Change lives on many fathers, including a ministry of men, a ministry of women, a men's transition house that helps men get back to work, and a resale business. All of this provides housing, community service and support to the community and those seeking help.

Keith Griggs, director of the Department for Changing Lives, says: “We have several churches that offer meals and support. And give our women and men the opportunity to serve across the community, helping to repair and help those in need. Griggs continues: “We want people to know that there is help in your community if you want to receive it. "

Although the program is free, those who can afford the registration fee pay $ 25 and then $ 300 bail that they get back after completing the program community:
